According to the family statement, signed by Alhaji Lawal Isiaka , Alhaja Adijat Kuburat Agbeke Isiaka, the Iya Adini of Imekoland returned to her maker on Monday, August 23, 2021 at the First Cardiologist Consultant Hospital, Ikoyi, Lagos, after a brief illness earlier today at the age of 80.
It was gathered that she will be buried according to Islamic rites by 10am, Tuesday 24th August 2021 at Imeko, Ogun State.
She is survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
