Yes To 30 has concluded plans to hold the maiden edition of its Annual Youth Conference with the theme: Hope is Not A Method.
According to a statement made available by the organization, the Annual Youth Conference is part of efforts to help under-30s achieve all-round success and become value-based leaders.
The conference will hold from 9 am to 12 noon on Friday January 31, 2020 at the Ijewere Hall of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Adeola Hopewell Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Speaking at the conference are renowned speaker and youth ambassador, Toyosi Akerele-Ogunsiji; Bolaji Idowu, Lead Pastor of Harvesters International Christian Centre, and Daniel Olawande, President of Inspired Team International.
Wonuola Adetayo, Founder of Yes To 30 and Convener of the Annual Youth Conference, stated that the conference is designed to help youths under the age of 30 become more deliberate and intentional in their life's pursuit, particularly in setting and achieving their goals.
Speaking on the theme of the conference, she reiterated that success is a by-product of living life on purpose, and hope in itself will not lead anyone to greatness.
"We need to hope, but hope without a plan is simply fantasizing. And nobody achieves greatness by fantasizing," she said.
