According to Winston Churchill “we make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give”, were the words of the Managing Director of Kainosedge Consulting Limited and also the Founder of Yes to 30, Mrs. Wonuola Adetayo as she inducted the first set of under 30 to be mentored under her pet project, Yearning Earnestly For Success To 30(YESto30).
She has decided to give back to the society by mentoring over 1000 under 30s before 2022 to become great leaders and business tycoons before the age of 30.
The Induction ceremony of Yes to 30 took place on Saturday 16th December 2017 at Oriental Hotel Lagos, where the board members came together to induct about 20 members into this impactful program.
Prince Remi Adetayo Chairman of the Occasion Yes to 30, delivered the welcome address where he gave an eye-opening speech of his journey in life and what truly Yes to 30 is all about. He encouraged the members to act fast on their aspirations in life as it might seem to look like there is enough time to plan but really, there is no time.

The Keynote presentation was also delivered by the Mr. Lanre Jaiyeola (MD Honeywell Flour Mills Plc) on the topic: Preparing the Millennials for the workplace. He enlightened the members on the basic things they are to prepare for on their journey to greatness and the various ways to achieve such goals. He ended his presentation by urging the members to take advantage of the program and have a set goal with a date attached to it and ensure they meet their goals.
Mrs. Wonuola Adetayo introduced each member to their mentor who is selected in line with members’ career or entrepreneurial path and they were given their program packages as they began their mentoring journey.`
